Ontario's Ian Doig using a VIRTUOSO putter from Daito Golf won the 2004
Canadian Club pro Championship
Daito Golf a new golf manufacturer of high
technology-enhanced, 100% CNC milled putters from Montreal has recorded his
first major victory only after 7 months on the market.
Ontario golf professional Ian Doig using a VIRTUOSO model made of cold finish
steel with a "Matte Nickel" finish won the 2004 Canadian Club Professional Championship with scores of
69-69-70 for a total of 208 at the PGA Golf Club complex in Port St-Lucie,
Florida playing the North course.
This victory will give Ian Doig an automatic exemption to next year Canadian
PGA Championship, a Nationwide tour event on July 18 to 24 at the Whistle Bear
Golf Club in Cambridge Ontario.
